Can I return my order?

Currently, returns on orders are not permitted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, feel free to contact me here or DM me on Instagram @leoralanecandles.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Make sure to burn your candles to the edge of the container during the first few burns, which usually takes 3-4 hours. The more your candle burns down, the more wax will come off the sides. 

What is your wax composition?

Our wax composition is free of toxins, parabens, and phthalates. We use a natural soy wax blended with highly-refined food-grade paraffin for a clean and consistent burn, strong scent throw, and smooth tops.
